I like getting fatter: Am I a Feedee?

Fatphobia and body shaming are two of the most damaging aspects of society that have ruined many lives and continue to do so. We live in a world where if someone gains a few pounds, people start to treat them differently and make them feel conscious about their appearance. Being fat is often considered an embarrassment. And if someone is fat but don’t feel bad about it, then people around them will constantly try to make them feel bad. They'll remind them again and again that obesity is undesirable and that they should be ashamed over their weight gain.

The aversion to being fat is so deep-seated in society that many people often feel pressured to like thinness even when they don’t. And that is why people often feel the need to pretend to be someone they are not and appreciate thinness when they actually admire fatness. If you are also someone who likes chubbiness and loves to gain weight but struggles to accept their personality in fear of judgment, you need to learn to LOVE yourself and your body unconditionally.

Accept the Feedee in YOU

The internet defines the term feedee (also known as a gainer) as someone who loves to eat, loves to be fed, and loves to gain weight deliberately. A feedee might indulging themselves on their own, or they might be in a consensual relationship with a feeder, but at the end of the day it is their choice to get bigger. Being a feedee is nothing to be ashamed of; it is perfectly OKAY to want to be fat!

So you love food, and you enjoy eating until you’re full? What’s wrong with that? Everyone in this world deserves to be happy, and if your happiness comes from being fat, so be it! You don’t have to feel embarrassed or inferior because you don’t want to have a skinny body. How you like to see your body is a choice that is only yours to make. You are allowed to have your own opinions, likes, and dislikes. Just because you feel differently about fatness than the rest of the world doesn’t mean your feelings are invalid, regardless of what anyone says.

Your weight, your love for food or a big body, and your proclivity to be fed are all part of your personality. They make you YOU! You should love them all. Embrace your identity as a feedee, and don’t let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn’t feel about your body.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: Do what makes YOU happy

Happy fat women

We know that living in a world where you are continuously told that beauty means being thin can distort the way you view yourself. And that is why we want you to know that you are beautiful whatever your size. Whether you want to gain a few pounds, double your body weight, or break records with your size, you should always aim to feel happy in your skin.

If you are happy and content, then nothing else matters, and nothing else should matter. Have all the chocolates, cakes, burgers, and pizzas you want to have; after all, you only live once. Make the most of your life, and don’t let fatphobic people trample on your happiness.

Hundreds of BBWs (Big Beautiful Women) and BHMs (Big Handsome Men) haven’t been allowed to live their best lives because of society's pressures, but you don’t have to be one of them! Love yourself and, most importantly, be kind to yourself.
